Many unofficial tech supports geeks consider malware bytes to be a go to malware scanning solution, but it does not offer a portable version. You can, however save the malware bytes installation file to your emergency drive and unpack the app directly on to maligned PC after you have taken a first pass at badware using clamWin and Spybot portable. A second opinion never hurts when you are dealing with virused.
